June 23, Athens : Wednesday evening, we drove into town to the Dairy Barn, a former dairy
barn now an art center. They were hosting a BBQ cookout with live entertainment. The cookout was outdoors
in the 90 degree heat, the band played some smokin' blues, but we soon retreated to the cool indoors. Their
current exhibit is Amish quilts, mostly from Holmes County and quilted in the 1930s. A few dated to the 1880s.
