June 23, Athens : Near the end of my day's ride. We spent the next two nights in a cabin
at the end of Mine Rd, which although 5 miles from Athens was less than a mile from the GOBA route and on the way
into town. So we only had to ride 49 miles not 54, a significant factor when combined with 94 degree heat.
