June 25, McArthur: View from the bathroom. There are multiple autographed photos
of country music artists hanging on the walls. The most famous of these is George Jones, the one hanging
just left of center in this photo. Inscriptions on some of the photos indicate the artist had stayed here.
Hoo boy. The big annual event in McArthur is the wild turkey festival first weekend of May, which is when
the big country singers come to entertain.
