Due to the rain, our lakeside picnic moved into the Inn. I (Pete) conducted a beer tasting as a nice way
to compare and contrast it with wine. And like the Frogpond wines, the tasting was conducted by the maker. I enjoy describing the
brewing process and this was the perfect trip to do that. Due to the Frogpond wine tasting followed by
a dip in the lake and beer tasting, Bob was too woozy to take a focused photo! Simon preferred the dark voodoo lager and
Maggie the cream stout and fortunately I had an extra bottle of each. This was our fourth vacation with Simon in
the lead, and the second to which we were able to drive and thus easily bring beer. The first was in North Carolina in 2003, and I took some homebrew
to that one as well for a sampling on the ferry.
