Angel's Gate Winery, where we sampled several wines (hey I'm a beer guy, I don't remember what they all were!).
Actually, all the wineries we visited featured both Rieslings and the regional specialty, Icewine. Strict rules regulate
the use of the word "icewine". The grapes have to have been frozen on the wine for a long period of time at temperatures
well below freezing. The grapes are the size and shape of raisins at this point. Harvesting is done in the night and grapes are
processed right in the field. The result is highly-concentrated sugars. The other result is very expensive wine!
