The next morning, we rented an extra car for an all-day, all-family excursion to the Snaefellsnes peninsula north of Reykjavik. In Stykkisholmur on the north coast of the peninsula, we took a bird-watching cruise, running to catch the boat as we were several minutes late. This photo was taken just after leaving the harbor.
