DAY 6 : Given the limited time available, only one person rode today. The rest of us shuttled off to the Steensgaard Gods Dairy. This proved to be much more than just a dairy. It also includes a hotel, restaurant, trails, gardens, and elegant manor house. This photo is in the hotel courtyard, and this section was built in the 1300s.
