Biography
Don E. Eskew, Ph.D., is an assistant professor of management and human resources at Otterbein College. He received his doctorate in labor and human resources from The Ohio State University in 1993. His current teaching and research interests include compensation, recruitment, training, organizational behavior in management, and the perceived fairness of human resources policies and procedures.
